Somerset welcomes 1 pet per apartment home. There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee for an approved pet. Pet rent is $20 additional per month. There is a weight limit of 15 lbs. max for a dog, and they must be at least a year old. Aggressive breeds are prohibited. All cats must be spayed, neutered and declawed. Service Animals are always welcome.
